I first used the services of Clan Gordon in 2013. CG had been recommended by a friend. He stayed with the CG until he sold his flat. I stayed with the Agency until 2019.
The length of time I stayed shows that the Agency and staff were for me, always professional, kept me up to date with legislation changes, were easily contactable and always very nice to deal with.
I am back with CG, and have them managing my flat again.
(I looked after the flat myself 2019-22, not a brilliant time...but who could have foreseen CV19 and all the problems for landlords and tenants!).
CG welcomed me back and I am very happy to let them get on with the job. The legislation nowadays for letting is complex and they know how to ensure all the legislative requirements are up to date and I can sleep easy !
Since I rejoined they have served notice on tenants, set up a new contract, and have sorted getting the flat redecorated and are in the process of sorting the removal of furniture not wanted by the new tenants. They have a bank of professionals to call on and really, getting decorators at short notice would not have been possible without them.

As the landlord of the mentioned property I wish to dispute the condition the property was left in following the tenants exit. A full report containing pictures was provide by Clan Gordon which, due to this having previously been my family home, was quite distressing.
It was my choice to change to Clan Gordon mid tenancy as quite frankly the former agent was not fit for purpose and I have been really pleased with the service provided since the transition.
