Braemore do not provide a customer service. There are sadly lacking in communication skills. I have been chasing Braemore since the 8th February 2012 in regards to a repair and not once have I been phoned. I have called and e-mail non stop for a year. Seems ridiculous that some poor landlord out there is paying Braemore a fee to maintain the upkeep of the property we rent - he/she is wasting their money. DON\'T RENT WITH BRAEMORE. All they will cause is stress.
