Awful service, lied during the initial viewing about everything from the properties\' eligibility for a parking permit, to water bill being included, to just about every last detail! Not knowledgeable at all about the property they\'re showing you around, awful after-care service.
100% couldn\'t care any less about you once you\'re in and letting from them. Really don\'t want to hear from you.
We had to move out early and they didn\'t put our flat back on the market in terms of online and didn\'t advertise it anywhere, knowing we were still having to pay the rent. They also put it on the market for nearly 10% more than we were paying only 10 months previous! Also when showing prospective tenants around the flat gave them false information too and had to check everything with ourselves as they hadn\'t checked even simple things such as Council Tax Band.
Really poor company to deal with, from agent upwards. I spoke to the Director Duncan Gibb who was about the only real helpful member of staff..
What agent could do to change your mind?
