I'm so glad that we engaged Claire and the team at Davis Tate. Being local, they know the area well and ensured that the property was appropriately marketed at a good price. They arranged the viewings to take place over two days, and organised the offers so that we could make a balanced decision. We achieved over the asking price, which is a bonus, and the background checks that Claire performed gave us comfort that it was a serious offer likely to progress to completion. Claire kept us regularly updated on the progress of the sale, and went above and beyond to understand the status of the rest of the chain. There were some last minute difficulties (out of our control) but they were resolved quickly as Claire seemed to have a good relationship with our purchasers, and ultimately the contracts have been exchanged successfully. Overall we are really happy with the service received, and I would recommend Davis Tate to anyone.
