AVOID AVOID AVOID this agent at all costs - I rented a shop in the west end arcade in Nottingham
Their was an unfortunate escalator accident - and their lack of action (along with the landlords) caused my viable business (and at least three others to collapse)
Their was no through access to the arcade for over TEN MONTHS - there was NO FOOTFALL so NO CUSTOMERS.
Our takings dropped to £8 a day - our business could not survive on that.
Hodgson Elkington did not care, there was no direct communication, no rent reduction, just hard faced - non caring attitude and a threat to send us to court !!! -
I seriously will relish the day this shambolic organisation (and I use that word looseley) collapses
