The worst estate agent ever, please keep far from Michael and his team in Bexleyheath branch! They will just try to sell you bad houses full of issues or to use your offer so they can have a higher offer from another seller!

The first time Michael tried to sell me a house full of issues and dump in Abbey wood but thanks to the building survey !
The Second time I was gazumping and Michael canceled my offer after it was accepted and my mortgage was offered. We were close to completion but he asked me to make a new offer with £25 k higher! so I refused. Then he put the house back on the market so he could sell it for more money . I was shocked and in trouble because I put a notice in my flat and I had nowhere to go .

I have complained to HQ but nothing happened ! They are very unprofessional !
