Always problems with getting things fixed.No responces from the agency always promices of calls back that never happen.Avoid if you can or have a very chilled out approach to repairs

Tim, As mentioned many times over we have to get l/lords consent on all repairs associated with your property, you know full well that this is the case as you have been contacting the l/lord as well. To say that we are to blame is grossly unfair and an untrue statement.
