Even though the staff are friendly, they clearly do not understand how to run a business as they are extremely disorganised and do not carry out work as intended. We were promised that the carpets would be industrially cleaned not long after we moved in, this did not happen. The fridge/ freezers which they are contractually obliged to provide are in poor working condition and do appear to have been PAT tested. The boiler has a sticker detailing a landlords gas certificate check date however this is over 1 year out of date. They are inconsiderate when it comes to viewings as they show up on your door step and expect to be let in, and have also been rude and aggressive towards us before. We have also been left without a working shower for over two weeks now, and have not been given an estimated date of when this problem will be rectified! I would not recommend Homelife lettings to anybody especially not if your a student as they will try and rip you off as much as they possibly can!
