Out of all of the estate agents my partner and I dealt with when trying to rent our first place together, Country Properties was the best by far regarding providing clear communication and trying to help us secure a place in such a competitive market. Jo was friendly and helpful and 'made it her mission' to make sure we managed to get a place that ticked all of our boxes. She was very knowledgeable and personable and genuinely cared about our house hunt which was not the experience we got from most other estate agents in other companies! Our flat is perfect for a first home and when our tenancy is coming up next year, we'll definitely refer to Country Properties in the first instance- thanks for all of your help :).
