All started really well, with multiple viewings for prospective tenants over a very short period. Throughout, very good service and communication from Danny. No other positives whatsoever. Utter incompetence, and total lack of proactive communication otherwise. Tenants were offered our place without our agreement, and given a move-in date without our knowledge. Repeated requests to be provided with a financial breakdown of monthly fees and how much would hit our bank were at best overlooked, at worst deliberately avoided. Very unclear contract, loaded totally in their favour. Save actually attending viewings, we were doing all the work. Totally unacceptable "service" and incredibly frustrating from start to finish. Have ended up not proceeding with them. Only one experience, but BEWARE!
