Cowboys, amateurish at best. Staff at the Balham office are arrogant, disengenious and completely incompetent. Please, never use this agency!

It is not quite clear what your grievance is and what your circumstances are however if you would like to contact us via customerservices@morganrandall.com we would be more than happy to look into the matter. Please note that we have a complaints procedure which we adhere to and can be made available upon request. If your complaint is not dealt with in a satisfactory manner you also have the option to escalate your complaint to the property ombudsman for letting agents of whom we are a member. The property ombudsman is a third party independent adjudicator and they take complaints as seriously as we do. Unfortunately when you choose to raise a grievance on a third party website via an anonymous username, there is little that we can do to help or determine the genuine nature of the complaint, as there is no way of validating the authenticity of your complaint. Please do get in touch with us at customerservices@morganrandall.com and we will be happy to resolve any issues you may have.
