Sales guys very good to promising heaven and earth. Adverts full of lies and offer of Free Gas Electricity and Nics are not true Advance Rent full of hidden commission and management fees was only told and apology to when already signup. They do not follow instruction and carryout on authorised jobs e.g repairing communal damage pipes when they should have liaise with Housing association for them to carry out this repairs at highly exorbitant ripped off charges. e.g replaced pcb board on boiler for £465 without authorisation and in process void boiler warranty with British Gas home care policy.
This guys don\'t have good customer services skill not to mentioned managing property on behalf of Landlords. They don\'t return call or reply to e-mail. As you can see fact speak speak for itself
What agent could do to change your mind?
A simply call back to addressed issues raised by landlord and Account and maintenance staff need proper training in customer cares. Issue of deception in adverts should stop as its false representation and all hidden charges should be stated in adverts..

Thank you for providing your feedback regarding your concerns. I am sorry to hear that you have so far been unhappy with the service provided as I always try to ensure that a landlord is more than satisfied with the service we provide.
We offer a free gas safety check, electrical safety check, EPC and inventory on all new properties. I can see from our records that these were carried out free of charge however there were some electrical safety remedial works carried out with your authorisation.
The tenants that occupy our properties are mostly families or vulnerable tenants therefore we request that all repairs are carried out in a reasonable amount of time. Most repairs are carried out by Elliot Leigh free of charge but repairs that require a specialist or parts are referred back to a landlord to deal with. If after several days without heating in January and a landlords engineer missing a number appointments we will only act if absolutely essential.
