Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the David Ball team, a smooth process on our rental. Louis was polite, personable and professional throughout, he understood our requirements and delivered. Whenever I contacted the office all staff seemed pleasant and helpful. Would definitely use again when next seeking tenants or if we decided to sell.

Permitted Payments
Before the tenancy starts (payable to David Ball Agencies Ltd) "the Agent"
Holding Deposit: 1 weeks rent, which will be offset against the deposit at the start of the tenancy
Deposit: 5 weeks rent
During the tenancy (payable to the Agent)
Payment of up to £50 if you want to change the tenancy agreement
Payment of interest for the late payment of rent at a rate of 4%
Payment of £3 - £25, depending on key type, and up to £50 for fob (evidential receipts will be provided for the reasonably incurred costs for the loss of keys/security devices)
Payment of any unpaid rent or other reasonable costs associated with your early termination of the tenancy
During the tenancy (payable to the provider if permitted and applicable)
Utilities: gas, electricity, water
Communications: telephone and broadband
Installation of cable/satellite
Subscription to cable/satellite supplier

Any under the relevant legislation
Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
