Having bought through Paul Wallace back in 2017 and been impressed, we decided to sell through them too. Mark was brilliant with communication throughout the process and additionally understood the concerns we had around selling during COVID.
As suggested, we had an open house while away from the property, which resulted in 2 high offers been made a couple of days later, one of which we promptly accepted.
While no moving process is straightforward, when complications in the chain arose Mark explained how these were being addressed, provided reassurance, and gave us confidence that the sale would go through.
We would highly recommend both Mark and the team at Paul Wallace.
