Very bad service. Not commitments. Failed twice to complete the deal. Very poor communication. Do not take the things seriously. Failed twice with me to complete the deal. Very frustrating and complete time wastage
What agent could do to change your mind?
No commitment towards the customer. Very poor communication. Were unable to complete the deal twice. Very frustrating. Very poor service provided by Raphael. At the same time Chris has no proper supervision on team though the customer tries to drag his attention towards it
