I moved out of my house share today, handed back my keys when they opened, left some forwarding contact info and drove to my new address. I then had calls from the landlord saying Adams estates had not passed on my rent cheques for the past month, I spoke to them and they had LOST it. Not only that but they attempted to get me to pay for TWO months rent instead.
I managed to sort the problem one on one with the landlord only to get a call a few hours later from Adams accusing me of not handing in my keys (which I had done a few hours before). They had lost those too. Awful and rude customer service without a clue what they are doing.
DO NOT USE ADAMS ESTATES.
