As a Landlord I have dealt with Irene over some years and she has always been very prompt in responding and very efficient in following up on any issues I had. Recently, I made a request to change my Bank Payment Details to a Bank in Portugal but it was not quite as simple as either of us had imagined. Irene gave this her full attention and handled the issue with a calm professionalism. This took several e-mails back and forth over several days until it was resolved. I was more than impressed with the way Irene handled this.
