I rented from this company when l was between houses for a short time the flat l rented was in need of redecoration, marks on walls & carpets etc. but was only for a short time and near my childrens school I went ahead , l did takes photos of marks before moving in. During my time there any requests l had regarding repairs or problems were virtually ignored it was a case of here is the keys get on with it . When I moved out a smary guy called Craig called collected the keys and said nothing I then received a call that they were keeping £65 out of the deposit for a mark they say was caused by blue tac on one of the walls as no one in the house had used blue tac or hung anything on the walls I asked to return to the property to see this mark I was ignored this company do not know the meaning of fairplay or good customer service DO NOT USE
What agent could do to change your mind?
LISTENED TO MY VALID COMPLAINTS LET ME SEE MARK THEY WERE CHARGING ME FOR
