Fully disclosure: Impression not helped by a failed transaction but I will try to remain impartial. Sales service was convincingly sold by senior team member who was immediately replaced by a nice young but much less experienced agent as soon as they were appointed. The transaction was not straight forward but transmission of subtle negotiating positions was not great. However, ultimately they delivered a buyer - albeit materially below the agreed target price. When the transaction failed post exchange (almost unheard of the assure me!), they claimed their full fee despite only a 10% deposit was received. Were not prepared to listen to any negotiation. Considering legal aciton.
