Many times we were told issue would be taken are of and they never were. We asked for a few things in the flat to be replaced as they were broken when we moved in. The carpets and bathroom, when inspected properly, had mould and odd bits of dirt in the carpet. These were highlighted, especially the mould in the bathroom but nothingm was done. They did send a plumber round one Saturday without notifying us who advised action be taken - still nothing was done. When we left we received a bill running into the hundreds to profiessionaly clean all the area\'s listed. We disputed this but the staff were incompetent and seem to read from a textbook rather than having an actual conversation.

Notice for flat viewings was given within a few hours, not with at least 24hours in advance as is agreed in the contract. Very embarrassing when people turn up at your flat unaccounced.

Would not recommend anything about Thornley Groves to anyone. Unless you have money to waste.
What agent could do to change your mind?
Not charge me and my flatmate for things we had complained about. Took our complaints seriously.
