Do not ever go to this agency...

Rented a property only to find out it had no heating, full of rodents and pests. no help from the managing estate.
had some gypsies downstairs which were always sorting garbage in the garden (aweful sight to see from the bedrrom window).

Have no record of deposit return inspite of repeated request.

DO NOT GO TO this agency.

We were never aware of the rodent problem until you vacated for which I would like to point out was resolved immediately. The boiler repair wasn’t rectified straight away due to a part that had to be ordered and you were made fully aware.
We do not have anything to do with the downstairs flat. If you had problems with your neighbours you should have tried to resolve these issues with friendly dialogue regardless of their ethnic background.
The Landlords new tenants are very happy and have not reported any problems.
The landlord was very disappointed that you breached the contract before 1 month. He is considering legal action to recover loss due to your unreasonable behaviour. The Landlord is leagally intitled to keep your deposit due to your serious breach of contract. Our company has pointed out to you that the deposit is registered with the Tenancy Deposit Scheme , which you are perfectly legally entitled to contact and dispute.
