There service is terrible!
We have been contact them for the past 5months every single week with going into their offices, emails and phones to say we have no shower and they still haven\'t done anything about it to this day. They have lied to us on many occasions when they said someone will be round and noone has ever turned up. We made an official complaint and this has been completely ignored by them. We have contacted them and have a full log of our records to speak to them and they still tell us this is the 1st they have ever heard of our problems.
What agent could do to change your mind?
Listen to your customers, do not lie to them and then ignore them. Don\'t treat your customers like idiots and then call them liars by saying problems havent been reported.
They should not be in business as I am not the only one who has had to deal with this exact situation.
