Where can I start? As an overseas landlord I have had a complete nightmare with Pearson Ferrier. They cancelled appointments and told prospective tenants the property had been let when it had not. They did not chase tenants when rent was not paid. They did not do an inventory when the property was let. They did not fix items I had approved to be fixed - it took them 6 weeks to get a quote for something that they said was not a big job, and when I finally got a quote I had to go through my insurance as it was a massive job. It took them 8 months to fix a problem, I approved two different repairs in that time, neither were done, then as I kicked up a fuss they made a shoddy repair that I did not approved and they took the money out of the rent without telling me. On reporting my problems to Mr Ferrier all he siad was - maybe we should part ways!! There is more - but I don\'t have all day - I am going to the ombudsman about them. DO NOT USE THEM

Firstly, apologies for the delay in responding, as I was unaware of your complaint until I viewed the allagents site. I am sorry to hear of your experience 'Zebra', as with any company that deals with the public from time to time we receive complaints, as a business owner I deal with the majority and in my experience when you investigate these matters there are usually two sides to all complaints. I firmly believe we DO NOT go out of our way to act or behave in an unprofessional manner. After investigating your complaint, and discussing with my colleague at the Prestwich office it seemed our opinion on matters concerning your property were at opposing corners that were irreconcilable, it was with this in mind I felt it would be better for all concerned for us to terminate our working agreement with you - kind regards Julian Ferrier
