I can not describe my anger towards this pathetic excuse of an agency, I dealt with a girl called Katie Hobson she was an absolute nightmare very rarely would she respond to any of my emails/ telephone calls I had to frequently chase up any type of repairs that needed to be done, I requested to speak to the Manager on numerous occasions to complain but he wasn\'t must use either.
When it was time to renew our contract i would have to chase them to tell them to send us a new contract to which they failed to do for months on end, and when it finally arrived it didnt even have my name on it this resulted in afew more months to be sorted out.
The thing that really hit a nerve for me is when we we handed in our notice and they tried to take the full amount of our deposit away from us for damage of the sofa and stained carpets etc,........ the sofa was all ready damaged prior to us moving into the premises luckily for me i had pictures and emails to prove this, and receipts for the carpet being cleaned, it wasnt until i reported the to the TDS, the next day they emailed me straight away advising they were prepared to pay us all back £650 key properties are cowboys STAY AWAY they are an absolute joke!!!
the day we handed the keys in at the salford branch we arrived to find the office had now closed down and hand joined the deansgate branch to which we was not notified of this.
The agency lacks communication and is an absolute JOKE!!
i WILL BE REPORTING THEM TO WATCHDOG WHAT OUT!!!!!!!
What agent could do to change your mind?
More competent and respond to emails and call backs etc....
