I selected Springbok over other \'Fast\' estate agents based on a better first contact with them than other express estate agents (some whom i would describe as mercenary to be polite). The Springbok staff where responsive, proffesional and seemed to have a reasonable and (for EA\'s) realistic approach to sale from the off.
We had some footfall through the property via Springbok (low price listed) but was not happy with repeatedly showing potential buyers around an empty property myself, which meant that after the initial visit for appraisal apart from signage going up outside they never went near the place.
We secured a sale but it was akin with an auction sale value, we had just had enough to be honest and accepted. At a low sale price we ended up paying 8% in fees to Springbok and didnt feel this was commensurate with the effort put in.
This end of the property sales market is not pleasent, and although the Springbok sales progressors where attentive and kept us posted on progress and any issues i felt, at times, they had their foot too much in the buyers camp considering we where paying them.
Overall they did the job, but selling at 75% of true market value could of been done cheaper through a conventional EA with less effort.
If you Need to sell and expediancy is key they will do the job.
