I had the misfortune of being a tenant with this agency. The flat itself was great, but the experience with the agents was awful. They give the \'front\' of being a top class agency, but in reality, I found their service to be less than shoddy. As previous tenants have reviewed, the staff are terrible at getting back to you, problems have to be chased up daily by the tenant, and the charges upon checkout are incredibly inflated. £20 to change a lightbulb, anyone?!
What agent could do to change your mind?
The staff could have got back to me more promptly, charged fairer check out costings, and been more polite!
