Terrible experience from start to finish, from highest fees i\'ve come across(£235 for one person), repairs never looked into/fixed quickly-2 trips to environmental health and still waited 15 months for damaged window(would not close) to be fixed!, other problems just not looked into at all despite repeated calls to office and promises made... No inventory provided despite repeated requests, yet miraculously produced upon checkout, not signed, but only because i never returned it apparently...a manager, who prides himself in being lazy and incompetent...and then after all that with hold half of my deposit for \'rent arrears\' because we dispute end of tenancy date and they know dispute service won\'t look into it leaving me the option of taking them to court or losing out.....I have rented for the last 20+ years , my advice, do yourself a favour and avoid these jokers!!!
What agent could do to change your mind?
They could care instead of just being interested in the money-basically they take advantage of the fact that a tenant has to pay the rent, no matter what!!!
