When was given the check of the apartment I was not given access to the electric or water meters for reading, even after pointing out that it was a legal clause in the contract I was still denied access to the Electric meter for over a year!
I was never provided with a Energy Performance Certificate for the propety.
There was a leak in the kitchen area reported to the agent in june 2011 yet it wasn\'t until over a year later and me complaining vigorously that I was finally informed that the landlord was permitting them to carry out repairs! when I threatened legal actions I was given notic to vacate.
The water ingrees had effected my health and finance, which meant moving was difficult (I was caught in a trap also due to and extremly large electric bill when I finnaly got a true reading) when I finnaly did move out the check time fot the invent was messed up the agent arriving before the removal men even though I had given william h bvrown the time I would have moved my belongings, they then sent and invent agent to the apartment 5 days after I had moved out, when I was not present and from a different company than ahd performed to check in!
In the contact I signed there is a section dealing with the return of the deposit which states that the Landlord or his agent MUST inform the tenant wit6hin 10 working days of the end of tenancy if they wish to make a claim to withold part or all of the deposit, over 4 weeks after moving out william h brown informed me that the landlord wished to dispute thye deposit but had not stated how much by! When I draw their attention to the clause in the contract the informed me that it meant nothing and was a mere guideline!
In dealing with William H brown I have remain shocked and sicken by their low standards and honestly rude manners.
What agent could do to change your mind?
To be totally honest at this point there is nothing the agent could do, their action in my opion are nothing less than borderline criminality!
