I have recently sold a property which i have tried to sell on 2 seperate occasiions over the last 5 yrs with other agents. I have also used Jordan fishwick for letting a rental property which i own. Their service and knowledge has been excellent, i would not hesitate to reccommend them.

I just wanted to respond regarding your offer. A number of viewings took place on the property on the same day. We do have to report all offers to our client when they are made and we have to take our clients instructions. I have to say that we are well known for keeping the offering process as fair as possible for all buyers and we certainly advice our clients that if a purchaser has incurred costs such as solicitors or surveys, that they cease all further viewings. respond to my questions and keep me informed of any progress or lack of it and allow me to decide not ask, then do whatever they have asked permission for anyway...

What agent could do to change your mind?
Agent did nothing at any stage to manage the property. Very expensive rent which goes up arbitrarily every year. Agent charges for anything and everything. Agent kept deposit for petty or downright fictitious reasons.
