I rented a house from them for a year that came in an awful condition. Having worked to rectify this all year, had multiple breakdowns of appliances such as fridges and our oven, we have had 20% of our deposit taken from us. They have a set up with their check out company to make it look like we've stolen from the house and have charged for rubbish removal of furniture supplied with the house. I wish I'd never had the misfortune to rent from them. Do not use this agent

I went to buy a property from them and they were very pushy and aggressive. Our son fell ill and was admitted to hospital fora couple weeks so everything came to a stand still and they showed us they did not appreciate the hold up....
