Terrible customer service, cannot meet deadlines, do not make any attempts to get in contact. Late for arranged appointments without even notifying the tenant (I work in a professional environment and would ring the person(s) as soon as I knew I was going to be more than 10 minutes late).

Fees are overpriced, no explanation of fees when someone takes over from another person in a joint tenancy. They cannot rely on someone moving out to explain this to them when the person moving out probably barely understands it themselves and wants to rent out the room using any means possible. They probably break the law of HMO\'s when they allow people to move strangers into joint tenancies in non HMO housing, I guess they know this is happening but turn a blind eye to keep their contracts with the landlord ticking over.

Good luck getting your deposit back as it won\'t happen, you\'ll be lucky if you hear back within the timescales set by the TDS. Generally a very unprofessional letting company. Do not recommend to anyone.
