First of all the flat was very very dirty when we check in. For 300£ fee this flat should be perfect condition but we spent 4 h cleaning. During 2 years we had so many issues with this agency. We have had problem with hot water and for 3 weeks they couldn\'t fix it.That is good we didn't have a baby. Than issue with the water tap and the same. You have to beg them to send someone to take a look.. All simple things for them is a big deal. On the end agency hold our deposit for 4 month because they didn't gave us proper information\'s what to do, what do they need. We couldn\'t contact them on several occasions. All this I would say that please avoid if you can. The only nice person there was Mr Lee
What agent could do to change your mind?
The fee what they charge people should cover some cleaning before the new people check in. The time to action the issues is too long. How come for 3 weeks they couldnt fix the hot water in 21 century. Imagine if you have kids. Check out procedure is a big mess. Lack of information there is no help at all to returne deposit.
