We decided to try and sell our house, having found a super property in Cornwall, at perhaps the worst time of the year for selling houses. Or so we thought. Having undertaken 3 valuations, we decided to go with Fine and Country as we felt Paul\'s valuation was not only realistic but we also felt that the quality of service from a company with the reputation of Fine & Country, as a recognised brand throughout the UK, would benefit our cause. The advice we received from Paul made sense in that many vendors would be waiting until the Spring before putting their houses on the market. Paul\'s advice was that there was still a large supply of prospective buyers but for a reduced amount of available property; thus the potential for a sale was increased; and so it has proven. Our house went on the market early December 2012 and we quickly received a number of firm offers before finally accepting an....acceptable (sorry) offer mid January 2013. In between, Sue has been the main force behind the viewings and, throughout, her advice, wise council and knowledge of her trade finally produced a valuable offer which we were able to accept willingly. As we trundle our way through the necessary but stressful legal minefield, both Sue and Paul, as well as Linda, Julia and Richard, have continued to support our cause and we look forward to a successful sale and subsequent move to Cornwall in the near future. Thank you all.
