After happily moving into one of Winkworth\'s \'managed properties\' we noticed numerous faults. These ranged from broken showers, broken radiators, painting, holes in the wall, damp problems and much more. After consistently reporting these faults to winkworth, bits and bobs started getting repaired. However, the shower is still completely dysfunctional and has been for over a week now. The landlord is slow at responding to emails and has also made us wait a further 4 days without a shower as he found the repair for £50 less from somewhere else. We\'re really not impressed with their management skills and after complaining, they told us that if we\'re not enjoying living here then we should hand in our notice. Good estate agent, terrible property management.
