They are supposedly on holiday or annual leave 365 days a year, therefore the company manages its self hence the blunders that they create. They have no regard for landlords, don\'t see to complaints adequately and if you are planning to let with them please read the contract carefully, especially the get out clause. It\'s soo bad that I think they put it together themselves. I will never let again with them and hope you are careful too. If you\'ve had a bad experience with them please complain to professional governing body, housing ombudsman services or Watch dog, they need to be investigated.
What agent could do to change your mind?
They landlord could first of all listen to the complaint instead of slamming the phone down during the conversation, rudely, they should acknowledge that they are in business due to the landlords therefore show respect . Learn that customers come first.

Did you end up leaving and paying the 18% of annual rent to them or did you manage to get around this?
