What can I say about Greenfields? They're make me sick! I had them recommended to me by someone at work, maybe they hate me or something because I would never recommend these bunch of jokers to anybody!!!!
Firstly Liz from the Kingston branch showed us around a few properties, very friendly and chatty and pretty much got us on-side so we trusted her whilst bullshitting to us at every property. We eventually settled on a propety which wasn't ideal for our needs, the second bedroom was tiny but Liz suggested to us "hey you could make the lounge the second bedroom and use the smaller bedroom as a cosy lounge" - this seemed like a good solution so we took the property so long as this could be done and the whole the peoprty needed a deep clean, painting and the landlords crap taken out of the house. Needlesstosay none of these things were done and the second bedroom was not allowed to be in the lounge (as we found out from Greenfields themselves!).
Secondly, Pauline from the Tolworth branch is probably the most useless person I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. She has the customer service skills of a fruit fly and is completely incapable of doing anything right. She only contacts you by e-mail, even when it's as serious as the fact that you've been mis-sold a propety!! When I called repeatedly for her after that e-mail she was mysteriously at lunch for the entire afternoon - because she couldn't face speaking to me.
I could go on and on and on about these fuckwits but long story short - DO NOT USE THEM!!!!!
What agent could do to change your mind?
I doubt Greenfields even realise or care about how bad they are, however if they do read this then here are just a few pointers that they need to address urgently:
1. Stop lying
2. Communication with tennants needs to be made by telephone NOT e-mail especially when it's a serious matter
3. Your customer service is shocking and needs to be addressed urgently
