We moved into a 2 bedroom property only to find one of the beds was broken, the oven had no markings on it and there were numerous other problems with the property. Obviously we contacted the company to ask what was going on. We were told that all the problems were already on their inventory but for some reason had not been fixed.
After a week they replaced the bed, but it took 5 months for the oven to be fixed.
I have been ringing daily or weekly for over 6 months and still the bath is not fit for purpose but now i am just being ignored.
I do not think i am being unreasonable as i find a bed, oven and a bath are pretty vital
What agent could do to change your mind?
i simply believe that serious problems should have been addressed before we moved in, and when we reported these problems they should have fixed them.
