I recently rented a property from Independent London back in November due to my husbands relocation through work. After finding a suitable property through Independent London online, i called their offices to arrange an appointment. not only did i find the staff there helpful and politeboth on the phone and at the viewing but when we decided to let the property, found that they made the process as smooth as possible.

We were moving quite a way and had much to organise, specifically as we have three children, but found that i did not have to worry about anything to do with the let, as everything was taken care of by Steve, David and Joe. Not only was the initial service impeccable from start to finish, but we were delighted with the advice and information given to us about the local area, which we did not know so well and were very grateful for.

The property was professionally cleaned at the start of the tenancy and we couldnt have asked for anything more when moving in day came.

Furthermore on 22nd December, the boiler broke in the property. Having three small children and being so close to Christmas, we were concerned that we would be left without heating or hot water, however a quick call to the office and we had a gas engineer with us within three hours.

We couldnt have asked for a better service and are very happy in our property knowing we have peace of mind that the house is being managed by a professional agency.
