They are trying to scam me out of a deposit. They have cocked up everything, not checking their system, saying we haven't paid when clearly we have. Not responding to calls, saying they will call/write back at a certain time and never do. Total cowboys! I have written a blog to express my anger http://www.countrywide-cowboys.tk/ - if anyone is interested.
What agent could do to change your mind?
Not messed up EVERYTHING, get a call centre in the UK or at least assign one person to understand your case, communicate, respond to calls on time? stop trying to scam money? To be honest, I'll never use them again!Attached Filesnbsp;

Avoid at all costs, had countless issues like being charged for parking we don't have allocated and a leaking roof and mould all over the ceiling made to wait for weeks and told to clean it ourselves....
