YOU HAVE TO CHASE THEM FOR ABSOLUTELY EVERYTHING.
They don't return calls. The morgage advisor John Bishop is a joke, he does not seem interested in finding us a morgage, we are now going elsewhere. We have given them several chances.
They had to re take photos of our property because they we're so amateur, they put the for sale sign up without asking if we wanted one. We thought we'd go with the local agent with the shop front to sell our house, but there are plenty of cheaper alternatives agents who seem to be much more pro-active and make you feel like a valued customer.
