I don\'t normally write reviews however, from the outset we have been really impressed with Belvoir Lettings in Loughborough and we felt that they deserved a bit of thanks for all their hard work, in particular Carol, the Branch Manager, who has been great and has kept us in the loop at every stage of the letting process.

This has been our first lettings experience, having lived in our property until we were offered a job abroad approx 6 months ago. The visa and move all went very quickly, our only headache had been trying to sort out arrangements with our house.

When we decided to rent our property, we had noticed that Belvoir Lettings had already rented another house on our street and we were impressed by how quickly that one had been let.

We contacted Belvoir Lettings literally a couple of weeks before we were due to leave the country, and we were probably both quite worried about the short notice.

After the initial phone call, Carol arranged to come round straight away and provided us with all the information we needed about letting and spent quite a lot of time with me explaining the different packages Belvoir offered. We found her to be really professional, knowledgeable and helpful and she explained the different services really well. We ended up going with the fully managed service which we thought was reasonably priced, and has been great.

Our house was on the market for less than a week before we had our first viewing, as I think they often have would-be-tenants on their waiting lists. The first viewing was successful and our house was rented before we even left the country! This was such a relief to us and the tenants that Belvoir found were both higher end professionals which was really reassuring.

In our experience over the last 6 months, the rent has been paid promptly and directly to our bank and emails are always answered promptly (usually within a few hours) which is great reassurance given we are on the other side of the world. They regularly email us over a statement each month and send us regular updates about the tenants, house inspections etc.

Where work has been required, for example they arranged for the oven to be professionally cleaned before our tenants moved in, they have always let us know beforehand and have arranged quotes on our behalf which have been competitively priced. They also arranged for our annual gas inspection and again these were relatively inexpensive.

We could not be happier with the fully managed service and a big thank you to Carol for all her hard work and first class service.
