Contract sent for the wrong dates. I was advised that it was the landlady´s wish but the truth is the landlady and I had already agreed, so it shows an abslolute lack of attention and interest.
Email etiquette was less than professional and deliberately intended to make me look foolish
A sign ¨let by lauristons¨was put in front of the flat without my consent or the landlady´s. No apology was offered and no reply to my demands to remove it. After a week it was put down.
Very poor customer service.
