Wow, where to start, this has got to be the worst run estate agents in the UK.
the fact they have no space for viewings for weeks, and yet can't afford more staff, tells you everything.
very unhelpful service.
borderline rude.
no answer machine??? these have been about since the 60s and in a sales position surely a necessity? instead you just ring out like trying to get hold of your grandma, very unprofessional.
They have no knowledge of their own IT and can't even amend adverts.
Thank god i wasn't trying to sell a house through them.

What agent could do to change your mind?

We tried to sell our house using Reeds Rains. They suggested the asking price but we only got two viewers. We reduced the price but didn't get any viewers afterwards. I believe Reeds Rains were not doing enough to sell the property....
