We were drawn to Ludlow by their great reviews on AllAgents and up until now we have been impressed. They were efficient in moving the process along and their online system is useful for keeping track of all of your information in one place. The ability to upload reference documents, like bank statements, pay slips to their online portal and digitally sign them would be a very useful addition.
We dealt with Fabien Akinola throughout the process, and from the first viewing until the day we moved in he was informative, answered our endless questions with great patience and responded in good time, all without being pushy. With his help we were able to move in on our scheduled date without any problems and has continued to stay in contact with us to see how we are getting on.
We were unable to mark Ludlow as Very Good as there\'s no option to do so, so we had to go with Good. We would put Excellent, as although they are very close to that, we felt that they missed a couple of things in our flat that needed some work. When you\'re viewing many properties, and furnished ones, it\'s very hard to remember the exact condition of the flat and it\'s very easy to miss things, so we feel these should have been picked up on Ludlow\'s inspections earlier on in the process and been rectified before we moved in. With that said, they have responded very quickly to all of the things we\'ve noticed and actioned repairs/advice where necessary.
I wouldn\'t hesitate to recommend Ludlow or to use them again for lettings in the future.
