The definition of incompetence. Our boiler broke and was wasting hot water for months. They failed to organise repair and ended up charging us over £500 for going over the energy cap. They do not take responsibility for their job. We had no hot water for 6 weeks when it was eventually fixed and we found the previous tenants keys when deep cleaning the flat which still worked on the door (they are meant to change the locks). Please stay away from this joke of a company.
