If I could genuinely give zero stars I would

In the process of reclaiming the deposit it took me over a month to get it back. When trying to get in touch with management in the Aberdeen branch I was given empty promises and next to no communication. They held on that deposit like gollum from lord of the rings, if it was the other way about and I missed a payment (which I never) they’d have hounded me like mad

Was left without a fully working toilet for the last 3 weeks of my tenancy and one week without a hob. When viewing the flat the back left hob was on and there was a burning smell in the living room. No idea how long that was on for which probably led to its demise

Genuinely woeful, thankfully Safe Deposit Scotland and Citizen’s s Advice was comforting and helpful during an unpleasant time

We had the unfortunate experience of dealing with Capital letters and would agree with previous reviews - rude, passive aggressive, condescending. Shocking behaviour and totally not professional. Do not deal with problems when highlighted. Worst letting agent that we've dealt with in Stirling....

The worst letting agency in stirling, the estate agents are unhelpful, passive aggressive and condescending. Refuse or LIE about fixing the property and then ignore emails and phone calls when confronted. Stay away from capital letters at all costs....

better communication, not lied with false photos, not turn up unexpectedly, treated us with respect, false claims of new carpets when they are clearly very worn, fixed damp patches and fixed their horrible fly infestation.
