Ralitsa originally showed us the property. She was very helpful in initial meetings, getting our tenancy set up quickly. Our letting agent for the management of the property is Ella, but we have also dealt with Emin. On the day of our move, the house had not been emptied or cleaned from previous tenants, which had been promised to us. We were expected to remove everything ourselves, including cupboards, beds and an old television set. We have also had difficulty getting PiP to manage contractors in fixed problems with the property. We have suffered broken drawers, rotting kitchen surfaces, a wobbly wall and poor bathroom plumbing, which lead to leaks coming through the kitchen ceiling. This last problem has taken us over 2 weeks, several e-mails, calls and days taken off work to resolve. I am not impressed with this service at all. And what amazes me the most is that I haven\'t yet received an apology.
What agent could do to change your mind?
If the agency had responded to queries sooner and undertaken what they had promised, I would not be unhappy with their service. If they cannot complete what a tenant asks them too, then the tenants expectations need to be managed.
