The service we have received from Judy King from start to finish has been excellent! She has always got straight back to us if we have had any issues and has always resolved issues efficiently. One of the reasons we are leaving the property is due to the fact that the property needs a new boiler and we do not have a lot of hot water (not enough to shower in) and this has been the situation since November 2012. Judy has done her very best to resolve this issue and has kept us informed of the progress at all times, but has not been able to resolve it and arrange a new boiler because our flat is in the process of being sold and neither landlord has assisted with getting a new boiler as of yet. We have loved our 2 years at the property and would like to say thank you to Romans and to Judy King.
