After speaker to a member of john Hiltons team I am shocked at how rude and unprofessional they are. I will never deal with them again. Truly shocked.

My daughter rented through John Hilton whilst at Uni, I felt very assured that my daughter was looked after by a very professional letting agent, any maintenance issues were sorted out very efficiently and nothing was to much trouble. Highly recommend ....

Same as others here, seem to be worth while working with if you're selling but avoid if you're renting. Rent went up £100 and was given 3 weeks notice on the increase. £120 is deducted from deposit for an inventory. Cleaning fee and removal fee of hangers has ...

I've just left a flat let out by John Hilton and received my deposit breakdown yesterday and have had exactly the same thing, where out of an original combined deposit of £1220 they quoted a return of £740 due to cleaning (we cleaned extensively and with a carpet cleaner), check out fee, decoration charges, and mould despite ignoring every email sent about a constantly leaking shower in the bathroom which caused me money in gas Have you got any suggestions on how to tackle disputing the depos ...

All of the staff that we dealt with were extremely unhelpful and even rude throughout the whole stage of renting the property. I would recommend that you DO NOT deal with John Hilton, you will be more than disappointed....
