I thought Southam Connells didn't really go above and beyond to sell our house..it was more first viewing..Accept the offer you would be stupid not to and forced the sale to go through as quickly as possible. When we were unsure on whether to except the offer there was no take your time, there was constant phone calls with no advice at all and them just being rude, pushy and not professional at all. Would not recommend going to Southam Connells.
